This picture was scanned with my Epson GT-6500 flatbed scanner
from a normal size photo print. It's the best scan I could get from the print using my
Amiga 4000 computer. Generally I was disappointed with the colour prints of the films I
took in Canada. I have often wondered if the problem was with the photos themselves, or
with the film, or with the way that the negatives were printed. Have a good look at the
above picture before you look at the same picture scanned direct from the negative with my
new Nikon LS-1000 film and slide scanner and then judge for yourself if you would give the
nod of approval to the Nikon film scanner.
